The center, located in Draper, Utah, is staffed with 60 representatives and agents who help advise and enroll consumers looking for a health plan.

Building a customer care center is part of Healthplans.com’s continued investment into being the trusted brand where consumers turn when making their health insurance purchase decision. The new customer care center provides an additional level of service for consumers who want to speak with a knowledgeable agent before choosing their plans.
